Hi Everyone,
With the current environment, we acknowledge that our winemakers may have growing concerns over group gatherings. We are focusing on the health and safety of our winemakers and will be following the recommendations of the CDC, Federal and local governments and Southern Nevada Health District. As you know, cleanliness and safety has always been a top priority for us and continues to be so.
The 2020 Chilean/South African Crushing and Pressing will take place in mid to late May. We will proceed as normal. We currently have enough barrels sold to move forward with the Crushing and Pressing in May. We need to know as soon as possible if you are interested in making Chilean/South African wine as we will be placing our grape order on April 10th. The link to sign up is listed below:

Please know, this is all contingent upon actions, recommendations, and mandates, which may be implemented by the CDC, Federal and local governments and Southern Nevada Health District.
Although we do not have the luxury of postponing the Crushing and Pressing processes, we anticipate winemaking groups will be able to gather and participate in May; however, if it is determined that group gatherings are still restricted, the Grape Expectations staff will perform the Crushing and Pressing for you. We will be filming the processes so that you and your group will be able to schedule a virtual crushing and pressing party from the comfort of your own homes. We hope it doesn’t come to this, but we need to be prepared on all levels.
We fully anticipate things will be back to normal by the Racking Process in October/November.
Should you have any questions or need further, please feel free to contact us.
